Business Development Manager

At Etnetera Flow, we create UX/UI design and develop mobile applications for our clients, helping them achieve their visions and business goals. We've completed projects for ŠKODA Auto, ČSOB, Košík.cz, Rossmann, O2 Czech Republic, and others. We would love to welcome a new member to our sales team who is passionate about acquisitions and ready to get into our flow.

Who you are:

• You enjoy 'opening new doors'. You understand the market and are skilled at identifying business opportunities.
• The world of technology is familiar to you, and you take a consultative approach to sales. You not only know how to sell but also understand the client's needs and propose a suitable framework for the solution.
• Sales is not a one-man show for you. You involve colleagues from the delivery team in the process, ensuring you create a strong impression and the best possible proposition for the client together.
• You are persistent and see things through to the end. Instead of looking for reasons why something can't be done, you look for ways to find a solution.
• You think strategically and appreciate the opportunity to apply that in your work.
• You can plan and manage your work time and activities independently.You take responsibility for your decisions and results.

What can you expect in this position?

• Actively seeking and opening new business opportunities in CZ/SK based on given criteria.
• Identifying client needs and presenting our services and solutions in line with those needs.
• Preparing offers, negotiating terms, and closing new business relationships.
• Working closely with the delivery team to fine-tune every detail of the client's requests.
• Contributing to the planning and strategic direction of Flow alongside other sales and marketing team members.
