Part-time Medior-Senior UX Researcher

At Etnetera Group, we build digital products – from websites and mobile apps to complex software platforms. We’re behind successful digital solutions for brands like ŠKODA Auto, ČSOB, Košík.cz, and Rossmann. Our goal is to bring as much added value to our projects as possible, which is why we're looking for a freelance UX researcher for regular project-based collaboration.

Who are we looking for?

• You’ve got at least 2 years of experience in user research.
• You're a freelancer interested in long-term project work.

Is this you?

• You can independently lead research – from working with a brief to delivering final outputs.
• Your focus is mainly on qualitative research, but you’re comfortable backing it up with quantitative insights when needed.
• You're experienced with standard research methods and can pick the right one for the task at hand (structured interviews, surveys, usability testing, etc.).
• You know how to present insights and research results clearly – whether it’s to clients or colleagues who’ll build on your findings.

What you’ll be doing:

• Planning and conducting user research on client projects
• Presenting findings and working closely with clients, product owners, UX designers, and sometimes analysts
• Mapping user needs or gathering feedback on existing products for client proposals
• Contributing to the UX research section of client proposals
• Running research activities for Etnetera Group’s internal needs
