Business Development Manager for Etnetera Flow’s International Expansion

Are you a senior-level sales professional in the field of IT solution development and delivery, currently looking for your next career challenge? At Etnetera Flow, we create digital products with exceptional user experience and high added value. Our current goal is to leverage years of experience in building client and partner relationships in the Czech Republic to grow our portfolio abroad.

As a sales representative with us, you’ll have the freedom to apply various client acquisition methods. We engage in new business development, respond to RFPs and tenders, build on strong references, and explore partner-based entry models into foreign markets.

Who You Are:

  • You’re capable of shaping and adapting an expansion strategy based on current market conditions and your own experience.
  • You can build a company’s reputation in markets where it has no previous presence, and you’re familiar with the concept of greenfield expansion.
  • You work independently but can also coordinate colleagues in preparing business proposals.
  • You understand the nuances between business development in a product-oriented company, a software house, or an agency—and you’re drawn to the B2B space.
  • You’re experienced in managing international clients, willing to travel, attend conferences or workshops, and speak fluent English.
  • You take a consultative approach to sales — you don’t just sell, you seek to understand client needs and design appropriate solution frameworks.

Your Key Responsibilities in Expanding International Business Opportunities:

  • Actively search for and open new business opportunities abroad (or in CZ/SK under certain criteria).
  • Identify client needs and present our services and solutions in alignment with them.
  • Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and close new business deals.
  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure all client specifications and requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with other sales professionals and marketing specialists to plan and steer Flow’s strategic direction.

  • You’ll build on a well-functioning system — we actively use social selling, build strategic partnerships, and regularly attend key industry events. Our marketing strategy directly supports sales acquisition activities, from conference prep to content creation, event execution, and performance campaigns.
  • Our experienced presales team will support you in shaping business offers, identifying relevant topics for discussion, and connecting with potential clients.
  • You’ll also be able to leverage synergies within the Etnetera Group and take part in broader business initiatives—opening new doors won’t be a solo effort.
  • We don’t believe in micromanagement. We trust that you know best how to organize your work and expect you to take ownership of your decisions.
