Who You Are:
- You enjoy "opening new doors"—you know the market well and can identify promising business opportunities.
- You actively build new business relationships. You see networking as a vital part of successful sales and start nurturing contacts from the very first interaction.
- Your motivation lies in finding the right solution for the client while bringing meaningful projects to the delivery team.
- You’re driven by achieving sales goals and your own business ambitions.
- You understand that building business relationships in IT solution delivery is a long game—you’re persistent, you follow through, and instead of focusing on obstacles, you look for ways forward.
- You take a consultative approach to sales—not just selling, but understanding client needs and framing the right solution.
- You know that sales isn’t a one-person show—you collaborate with delivery colleagues to create the best possible value proposition for the client.
Your Key Responsibilities in Business Development:
- Actively search for and open new business opportunities based on predefined criteria.
- Identify client needs and present our services and solution options in alignment with them.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business deals.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure all client requirements and specifications are met.
- Collaborate with other sales professionals and marketing specialists on Flow’s planning and strategic direction.
