In the multi-vendor environment, we are collaborating on the development of the key mobile application, ČSOB Smart. We focus on native iOS and Android development. In the international team for the parent KBC Group, we are collaborating on the development of Kate, the virtual assistant who will handle a wide range of everyday requests for clients in ČSOB Smart, not only regarding payments but also insurance, using voice control or via chat.
The DoKapsy mobile application is a laboratory of innovative ideas designed for ČSOB clients and the general public. Since 2019, we have been able to implement access to the smartbanking part of the app, payment cards, discount coupons, payments for parking, public transport and train tickets or fuel at petrol stations. Thanks to its innovative features, the app has gained nearly 300,000 users and achieved a high rating in app stores.
In cooperation with our sister company Etnetera Activate, we also implemented Adobe Analytics for ČSOB. This allows ČSOB and its subsidiaries to gain valuable insights into user behaviour from web and mobile applications, enabling them to promptly address user needs.
