Website UX Research For MSD
We conducted user research and suggested UX optimization of MSD's pneumococcal vaccination website.
Project Overview
MSD had concerns about insufficient and unclear information regarding non-mandatory pneumococcal vaccination for infants on the existing website, which led to hesitancy among pregnant women and new mothers about vaccinating their children.
Highlights of the Collaboration
- Our researcher team conducted qualitative UX research using 60-minute in-depth "Think aloud" interviews with 8 participants, including pregnant women and mothers of newborns, to understand their needs and expectations regarding vaccinating their children.
- We analyzed the user experience of the mobile version of the vaccination information website to identify usability issues and content gaps.
- The research methods included direct observation, exploratory questioning during navigation, and assessing the clarity and trustworthiness of online information.
