Through Košík online app you can enjoy 4 times larger selection of groceries than in traditional supermarkets. A friendly courier delivers your order right to your doorstep within just a few hours.

We implemented the project from beginning to end, starting with initial business consultations, through a new UX/UI design, IT architecture design, to native mobile development and thorough QA testing. The outcome is a mobile application that we keep improving with the addition of new functions.

Delivery Through A Hybrid Team

The project organization was a mixed team of Etnetera a Košík staff. We were scaling scrum to multiple teams who worked together on the final product (LeSS framework).

The app is built on a modular framework and is highly configurabile which makes the maintenance cost-effective and eases further development.

After the initial delivery, the internal Kosik team started the takeover of the app's maintenance. This process was very smooth and transparent due to mutual collaboration and understanding inside the great performing hybrid teams.
