UX Designer for Digital Lending Services

You’ll have the opportunity to design the digital experience for one of the most complex lending products. From the initial calculation to the final approval, you’ll be there as a complicated financial process transforms into a clear and human-centered experience.

Your Impact

• End-to-end design process: from gathering requirements from clients, end users, and business stakeholders, through prototyping, to refining functionality and finalizing visuals
• Data in the spotlight: you’ll evaluate changes through A/B testing and quantitative metrics
• Feedback from real users: you’ll gain insight into user testing processes and use the data collected to create plans for further improvements
• Autonomy: you’ll be responsible for delivering top-tier UX, and we’ll give you the space and trust to achieve it

Your Expertise

• At least 3 years of experience in UX design and successfully delivered digital projects
• The ability to work with ambiguous briefs, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and understand the full design process
• Familiarity with digital analytics, awareness of trends, and confidence working with robust design systems
• Bonus points for experience with JIRA, financial products, or advanced prototyping tools (Axure, ProtoPie, Framer)
