IT Analyst for Smart Banking Application

Our smaller agile team connects analysts, developers, and product managers with one goal: to provide clients with the best digital experience. Are you currently suffering from outdated documentation, inaccurate models, and chaos in Word documents? Here, we prioritize reliable documentation with clear rules for easy navigation. Even though we're part of a corporate, we emphasize a personal approach.
What you'll be doing in this role:
- Analyzing individual use cases in the smart banking application,
- Creating user scenarios (activity diagrams),
- Designing application interfaces and mapping them (class diagrams),
- Documenting use case implementations (sequence diagrams),
- Modeling UX/UI of the application (wireframes),
- Managing a centralized model repository (Enterprise Architect),
- You'll be part of a team of about 10 people.
Skills you'll use:
- Knowledge of UML and Enterprise Architect tools,
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence (ServiceNow experience is a plus),
- Reading technical documentation in English,
- User orientation in mobile platforms (Android, iOS),
- Independence, proactive approach, and good communication skills.
What will also come in handy:
- Basic knowledge of REST and SOAP,
- Experience working with application logs,
- Familiarity with the banking environment.

Practical Information:
- Start date: ASAP, no later than April 1, 2025,
- Allocation: full-time with long-term collaboration,
- Location: On-site in Prague, with the possibility of Home Office 2-3 days a week,
