At Etnetera Flow, we are looking for a content specialist who will help us build expert content around IT and digital products and support our expansion into international markets through effective B2B lead generation activities.

What you will do

B2B Content & Thought Leadership

Creative and original writing is a core part of this role. At the same time, you won’t be starting from scratch — executing, refining, and publishing existing materials will be part of your everyday work.

At Etnetera Flow, you will:

• Write and refine blogs, case studies, one-pagers, and white papers (often based on input from in-house experts),
• Develop professional topics into strong thought-leadership content,
• Edit, repurpose, and publish content according to the content plan,
• Create content for LinkedIn and social selling, manage the company profile, and support our ambassadors,
• Independently manage the publishing process: maintain a backlog of topics, set and track priorities and deadlines, and ensure review and approval workflows.

Broader scope of your role

• Collaboration with the content team across the Etnetera technology group,
• Regular contact with the Flow sales team focused on international expansion,
• Briefing internal specialists to deliver creative inputs (graphics, design, visuals),
• Supporting content related to workshops, events, and their follow-ups,
• Opportunity to participate in content co-marketing with partner companies.

We will support your growth, especially in

• Tracking and evaluating core KPIs,
• Measuring the impact of published content and iterating future plans,
• Working with SEO / GEO tools,
• Using AI tools to increase efficiency and improve content quality.

Who we are looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar B2B content or marketing role,
• Ability to write both business-oriented and technically focused content,
• Strategic thinking about content in the context of audience, channel, and goal,
• Strong execution skills and ability to follow things through,
• Confidence working with LinkedIn and data-driven insights,
• Ability to deliver professional outputs in both Czech and English,
• Knowing when and how to effectively use AI,
• Willingness to combine work from our Holešovice office and your home office,
• Preference for a full-time role (with the option of a reduced part-time arrangement).
