What to Expect in This Role

• Designing or contributing to the design of digital products from concept to development handoff, with a strong focus on UX.
• Collaborating with researchers, preparing design concepts, IA, interaction design, competition and as-is solution analysis, prototyping, documentation, and workshops with stakeholders.
• For some projects, you will be the primary contact for the client and will manage projects independently with the support of the design community and the entire Flow team.
• Occasionally, you will visit clients in person.

Who We Are Looking For

• An analytically-minded designer with a flair for purposeful, minimalist, and meticulously thought-out solutions.
• Perfect knowledge of Figma and the ability to work with other tools for prototyping, workshop preparation, basic research, etc.
• Experience with pure graphic or motion tools is a plus.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and defending proposed solutions.
• Able to listen, have an eye for detail, and possess strong argumentation skills.
• Proficient in English.
